Apartment 7 (sleeps 2-4)
This duplex premier apartment is reached via its own entrance with dedicated parking right outside the front door. There is a well equipped kitchen and dining area on the ground floor with steps up to comfy lounge with double sofa bed and tv, double bedroom and fully tiled shower room.
Apartment 30 (sleeps 2-4)
Stroll into the courtyard and enter your fresh and functional premier apartment. With the harbour only a few steps from your door, and the town centre also a stone’s throw away, it is impossible to be stuck for things to do in flat 30! The spacious lounge, large sofa and dining table create the ideal space to entertain friends. The stylish and cosy bedroom will provide a great night’s sleep before your exciting days ahead.
Apartment 15 (sleeps 2-4)
With your own access at the front of the building - enter Flat 15, a spacious and light premier one-bedroom apartment. Well equipped, all the amenities and little details thought of and taken care of! The open plan modern lounge is great for relaxing an unwinding, or dining on the culinary delights you cooked up in the modern kitchen. Being at the epicentre of Torquay, you couldn’t be in a better spot to explore the shops, beaches or coast. Well behaved pets welcome.
Apartment 32 (sleeps 2-3)
Access to 32 is from the central courtyard. This compact one bedroom
ground floor apartment lends itself to couples or young professionals- with a modern and comfortable interior. The sofa will be hard to get off but will be appreciated after a hard day's shopping or a lively time out in Torquay! Catch up on work, watch your favourite programmes, socialise with loved ones in the bright living room and relax in a hot shower.
Apartment 34 (sleeps 2-3)
This compact and modern apartment is filled with light all day - the ideal flat for young professionals or couples. Very stylish, well maintained and right in the centre of town- what more could you want? Test your culinary skills with the fully equipped modern kitchen then have a hot shower and a sound sleep in the double bedroom designed with light greys and whites for a peaceful atmosphere. Apartment 10a (sleeps 2-4)
Access to 10a is from the central courtyard reached under the passageway. One bedroom ground floor apartment offering offer space, freedom and privacy, alongside style and comfort. After a fun-filled day at the beach or town, you can saunter back to flat 10a with ease, before having a hot bath or shower and glamming up for drinks and dinner all in arm’s length of your apartment!
Apartment 9 (sleeps 4-6)
This large two-bedroom ground floor apartment is a unique and spacious, window-filled, light & sunny apartment. The spacious and bright living area has two leather sofas, armchair and a TV to relax and watch a film. Or if you’re feeling hungry and energetic, you can eat a nice meal in in the large kitchen/diner or choose one of the wide array of cuisines available on your doorstep and then have a cocktail at the retro bars in town. Ideal for young families with bunk beds, a double sofa bed and a family bathroom with a shower over.
Apartment 12 (sleeps 4-6)
This spacious two bedroom apartment is a home from home. The interior creates a traditional feel with a contemporary twist. It has its own front door on Meadfoot Lane and can also be reached from the Trinity Mews courtyard balcony. Entertain yourself from here, or discover the exclusive restaurants and wine bars tucked into the town. The quality beds in the master ensuite bedroom and twin bedroom assure you of a good night’s sleep with a double soaf bed in the lounge for the 5th and 6th persons. The whole apartment oozes in style without compromising on space and facilities, so you will feel completely at home during your stay.
Apartment 10 (sleeps 4-6)
Reached from Meadfoot Lane or within the Mews courtyard, the photos speak for themselves with apartment 10; the new refurbishment reignited her artistic design; the interior is newly furnished, creating a traditional feel with a contemporary twist. The lounge oozes a sunshine yellow, with comfortable sofas (sofa-bed) and a sizeable dining table. Both double and twin bedrooms are baby blue, with modern décor giving a ‘beachy’ vibe through the rooms. Wash off the saltiness in the shower then cook up a family favourite in the well equipped kitchen. Small private courtyard.
